In April of 2017 I ventured on a solo road trip along Route 66 traveling thousands of miles across California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. My goal was to capture the relics of historic Route 66 landmark motels, curio shops, gasoline stations, and restaurants. Many landmarks have fallen to disrepair as Highway 40 has swallowed up much of what was once a historical route. Since then I have traveled more of the historic road ultimately culminating at its end.
